5-Minute Microwave Omelette in a Mug

Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk (or water)
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, anything you have)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tbsp finely chopped bell pepper or ham
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe mug, whisk the eggs and milk together with a fork until well combined.
- Stir in the cheese, and any optional add-ins. Season with salt and pepper.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir the mixture with a fork.
- Microwave for another 30-60 seconds, or until the egg is fully set. (Cooking time varies by microwave).
- Let it sit for 1 minute before turning it out onto a plate or eating straight from the mug. Enjoy!
